Who doesn’t love a refreshing drink on a warm day? Lemonade, limeade, or any other citrusy beverage is the perfect thing to hit the spot. Recently, I won a gift basket that had a TON of limes in it. As much as I love limes, there was no way I was going to use them individually before they went bad, so I made limeade!
I like my limeade on the tart side, so I would double the sugar if you want it more like what you can buy at the store. This recipe makes it VERY tart, which isn’t likely to most people’s tastes.
9 Limes, juiced
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Raspberry syrup (I used Torani brand)
1 gallon Warm water
Like making lemonade, this recipe is pretty straightforward. Juice your limes, add the sugar, syrup, and warm water, and stir everything together. Pop the pitcher in the fridge until it’s chilled, serve, and enjoy!
