Sorry I’m so late! It’s exam week and everything is due.
Anyway, here’s a quick healthy beverage you can make from stuff you probably already have in your kitchen! It’s bright orange, sweet, tangy, and will even help settle an upset stomach. Let’s toast to your health with this oh so simple recipe:
Ingredients (serves 1):
1 cup apple cider
1/2 an orange worth of juice
1 peeled orange (divided into segments to give your blender a break)
1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
2 carrots (or a handful of baby carrots)
Toss it all in a blender and whirrrrrrrrrrr til smooth! Pour into a glass, pop in a straw, and you’ve got yourself a drink that’s good for your eyes, heart, skin, liver, stomach, and everything else that makes up you! It really is a power drink, so sit back and enjoy some guilt-free healthy in a cup!
