Two or Three-Ingredient Banana Cups

Bananas make the most delicious desserts because of their sweet taste. Their fruity aroma only adds to the flavor, making this the perfect choice for just about any dessert.

Ingredients
1-2 Bananas, cleaned and peeled
1/4 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup Chocolate chips, melted (optional)

Combine all the ingredients and pour the mixture into six paper or silicone lined muffin wells. Freeze for 5-10 minutes or until solid, and serve!

Caramel-Pecan Cheesecake Pie

This one is an easy dessert to make since you can prepare it at any time of the day. Although it might seem complicated, it is a very simple dessert to make, and it’s well worth the time!

Ingredients
1 Pie crust (refrigerated)
1, 8 oz package Cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups Pecans, chopped
1 cup Chewy caramel candies, chopped
Chocolate ice cream, to top it off (optional)

Preheat the oven to 365 degrees F. Whisk together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Line a pie dish with the store-bought crust and pour the filling inside. Sprinkle the chopped pecans and caramel candies over the top, and bake for 35-40 minutes or until firm.

There you go! You have a caramel-pecan cheesecake pie. To make sure that you get the best results with this dessert, we recommend using a ceramic pan as opposed to glass or metal.
