DIY Pumpkin Pie Spice

IT’S PUMPKIN SPICE SEASON, YA’LL!!!
*cough*
Right, anyway, it is, in fact, that time of year again, and while I’m actually not a huge fan of pumpkin spice stuff, I do like pumpkin pie and pumpkin oatmeal and other stuff with actual pumpkin in it. Pumpkin pie spices are quite nice, and as much as I love my old standby from McCormick, I finally ran out of my mini jar from forever ago and tried to find more. I don’t know if the stores were just sold out or if I’m bad at looking or what, but I could not for the life of me find pumpkin pie spice (or apple pie spice for that matter, which is also great).
Driven to extremes, I decided to make my own with the dry spices I had lying around.
(Hint: It’s really easy.)

Ingredients
1 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp Clove

Toss all of your dry spices in a small, clean jar, seal it, shake it, and store it someplace dark and dry. That’s it!
