Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
Unlike most things pumpkin spice you’ll find this time of year, this oatmeal is actually made with pumpkin and spices. It’s a healthy and wholesome breakfast that’s packed with fiber, vitamins, and flavor to keep you full all morning long!

1/2 cup Old fashioned oats
1 cup Water
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Brown sugar
2 tbsp Pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling!)
1 handful Raisins
Combine the oats, spices, vanilla, and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Add in the brown sugar, pumpkin, and raisins, and stir to combine. Let it cool a bit if you wish and enjoy!
