Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs
Hard boiled eggs are versatile. On they’re own, they make a great snack, and cut up, you can’t go wrong with egg salad or deviled eggs. Getting that perfect boil can be a real pain, but for those of us with pressure cookers, it’s a no-brainer!
Place one cup of water in the bottom of your pressure cooker and insert a steaming rack. Nestle as many eggs as you’d like onto the rack and seal the cooker. Cook on medium pressure for five minutes and let the pressure release on low and then manual for another five minutes. Stick the eggs in an ice bath until the ice melts and you’ll have perfect hard boiled eggs every time!
