This breakfast is packed with protein, probiotics, and flavor — No joke! It’s easy to make, so don’t let the extensive ingredient list deter you. It takes about five minutes from start to finish, and it’s a fantastic way to start your day.

Greek yogurt is a great source of protein and probiotics. I get plain nonfat greek yogurt, which has all the goods without the fat or sugar. Hemp seeds are another amazing source of protein, fiber, and other nutrients. You can read more about them here. Peanut butter is yet another source of protein, while the bananas and strawberries contribute other important nutrients and fiber to your morning. The real seller is the main ingredient: Oats. Oats are packed with reasons to make them a regular part of your breakfast routine.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Old fashioned oats
1 cup Water
1 tbsp Hemp seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Clove
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
4 Strawberries, cut up small
1/2 Banana, coined and quartered
2 tbsp Plain yogurt
2 tbsp Peanut butter
1 tbsp Honey

Pour the oatmeal, hemp seeds, cinnamon, clove, and vanilla into a bowl, followed by the water. Microwave for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Meanwhile, prep your fruits. Once the oatmeal is cooked, add the peanut butter and the honey, which need the most time to melt. Pour on the fruit and add the yogurt. Mix everything together and enjoy!
